I am so excited for Pretty Little Liars to start tonight. I also found out I have an interview on Thursday. Fingers crossed I get the job! Today's workout included a 2 mile run and the lean arm pyramid from Tone it up.
10 push ups
20 dips
30 bicep curls- 5 pound weights
40 second plank
50 tummy tucks- Due to my bad hips I did 10 more push ups
then back down the pyramid
